Villa Ilona is a 3 bedroom and 3 storey Villa with a private backyard garden, roof terrace and outside pool shared by neighbours. 

Spacious and cosy living room with complete air conditioning system, including a large-scale LED colour changing wall TV with Telia television packet (international, Lithuanian channels, YouTube and etc). The wifi is accessible in all the rooms, including the backyard and rooftop areas.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities from an espresso coffee machine, blender, microwave, oven & induction stove to a huge refrigerator and even tap water filter for freshest clean drinks. Meals can be enjoyed at a dining table inside or taken to the backyard where another dining area, including a BBQ grill awaits. The Villa has a bedroom in each floor: The first/ground floor has a bedroom with one double and one single bed and its private en/suite bathroom including a luxury shower. The main king bedroom/suite is located at the second floor with a huge double bed, chandelier, antique paintings, a spacious wardrobe and own AC. This too has a separate bathroom with a premium bathtub to soak in after sunny days outside. Leading up to the third floor, the rooftop has a romantic glass room with another double bed, own mini fridge and most spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Perfect for a work-action or a quiet space to read a book, the Villa has a study room with work desk and its own balcony.
